At this workshop you can learn how to discover the secrets hidden in the wine from the hand of an oenologist, who will teach you how to taste wine, appreciate its benefits and find its defects. Moreover, you will be able to make your own cava based on the blending of your favourite varieties. This workshop includes accommodation.

COOKING WORKSHOP

Do you want to learn how bread used to be made? Are you curious to know the secrets of Penedès traditional cuisine? We challenge you to be a cook for one day and take part in a workshop to learn how to make bread and traditional cuisine dishes.

CRAFTSMANSHIP AND PAINTING WORKSHOP

We propose a stay to discover the most genuine Penedès and take part in a craftsmanship workshop (ceramics or painting) in a natural vineyard environment.
